INTRODUCTION

Welcome to MoroJet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MoroJet eSIM service provided by Humanist LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our service.

DEFINITIONS

• "MoroJet" refers to the digital eSIM service for travelers in Morocco operated by Humanist LLC.
• "Service" refers to the prepaid eSIM plans, delivery systems, customer support, and all related functions provided by MoroJet.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the MoroJet service.
• "eSIM" refers to the embedded subscriber identity module that enables mobile connectivity without a physical SIM card.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

MoroJet provides prepaid, data-only eSIM plans specifically for travelers to Morocco. Our eSIMs are delivered digitally via email in the form of QR codes that can be scanned by compatible devices to enable mobile data connectivity in Morocco.

ACCOUNT CREATION AND ACCESS

When you purchase an eSIM from MoroJet, an account is automatically created using the email address you provide. No password is required as access is email-based only. Your email address is essential for service delivery as your eSIM QR code will be sent to this address.

You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid and accurate email address
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account

Please note that providing an incorrect or false email address will result in non-delivery of your purchased eSIM, and we cannot be held responsible for such non-delivery.

ELIGIBILITY

The MoroJet service is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all purchases made through our Service.

Pricing and Fees

All prices are listed in the currency specified on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any additional fees imposed by your financial institution.

Taxes

Prices displayed include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

We will issue refunds for any purchased eSIM that has not been successfully activated, regardless of the reason for the refund request. To request a refund, please contact our customer support at support@morojet.com. Once we verify that the eSIM has not been activated, we will process your refund promptly. However, if the eSIM has been activated and used, no refund will be provided.

SERVICE DELIVERY

Delivery Method

Upon completing your purchase, your eSIM details and activation QR code will be delivered to the email address you provided, typically within minutes of purchase completion.

Delivery Timeframe

While most deliveries are instantaneous, processing times may vary. If you do not receive your eSIM within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact our customer support at support@morojet.com.

Technical Requirements

Before purchasing, you must ensure your device is compatible with eSIM technology. We are not responsible for determining device compatibility or for non-functionality resulting from device limitations.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a user of the MoroJet service, you agree to:

1. Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
2. Not use the service for any illegal activities or in violation of any applicable laws
3. Not resell, transfer, or share your eSIM with others
4. Ensure your device is compatible with eSIM technology before purchasing
5. Provide accurate personal information required for service delivery
6. Use the service in accordance with fair usage policies

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You are strictly prohibited from:

1. Using the service for illegal purposes, including but not limited to terrorism, fraud, or harassment
2. Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble, or hack any aspect of the service
3. Reselling or redistributing the eSIM or associated services
4. Using the service to transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
5. Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service
6. Impersonating another person or entity
7. Violating any applicable telecommunications regulations

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Humanist LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The MoroJet name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Humanist LLC or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANIST LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

1. YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
2. ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
3. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
4. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR PERFORMANCE ISSUES
5. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN SERVICE CONTENT

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the eSIM that is the subject of a claim.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

1. THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION
2. ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
3. THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
4. THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

NETWORK COVERAGE AND QUALITY

MoroJet does not own or operate the mobile network infrastructure in Morocco. We cannot guarantee network coverage, quality, or speed in all areas. Service quality may vary based on location, network congestion, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Humanist LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

NO AFFILIATION DISCLAIMER

MoroJet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any telecommunications service provider in Morocco. We operate independently as a service provider.
